Pros and cons of Audioforge app for iPhone and iPad

Audioforge app good for

This app is well-designed. But it needs the "Open in ..." Option added. Wouldnt it be great to import audio from Dropbox or another app.
This applications keeps me from having to turn on my computer or wait to use my pcs DAW to add any neccessary editing to my music. If you are using DAW, sequencer or synth apps on your iPhone/iPod/iPad, this inexpensive power house app can help to create the proffesional edge that pc base DAWs can only provide. This app is money well spent.

Some bad moments

I needed a sample editor that support AudioCopy so I bought this one. and I have to say Im completely disappointed. The app is very slow, feedback on taps needs very long, no playhead is visible during playback. Some audio files are not displayed properly (e.g. silence at the start which I need to remove), scrubbing with the playhead sort of works, but is not in sync with the waveform. So it doesnt totally not do what I needed this app for. And - to my understanding - also does not work properly for what it is advertised. The developer states that the app was "coded in many lunch breaks and tested on many commutes". Sorry to say it, but it shows...
locked several times. i cant work on a mixed song from fourtrack. i erased this app. --- defalarca kilitlendi. fourtrackte kaydettiğim bir dosya üzerinde çalışamadım. programi sildim.
Marginally useful in its current state. EQ is only Hi or Low Pass. Controls are hard to select, most buttons dont give visual feedback so its hard to know youve selected anything. As far as editing you cant zoom into the waveform and there is no scrub so its more like guessing than audio editing. Try Hindenburg Mobile Free if you want to see real editing. So my advice is to wait for the next version and see if any of these missing features are added before you even think about buying Audio Forge.
I now have an app that does nothing. It opens a start screen, then crashes if you touch it. Re-loaded the app twice with no luck. Would be nice to see what this could do if only it would run for more than 10 seconds. Maybe I should be working faster?
This app worked pretty well two times, Now it will not stop crashing! Also the controls or buttons are too small and not very intuitive. I still hopes for this app as the dev. Was one of the first w/iTunes access, which worked great until the crashing, hope the update comes soon. Could of bought a sandwich with that $ while I waited.....
Works fine on my 3GS v3.1 Cant wait for the pinch to zoom in WAV form update.
